We understand that unanticipated events happen on occasion in everyone’s life and are happy to honor your business within the guidelines presented below.
Please arrive ten minutes before your scheduled appointment. This time will be used to fill out appropriate paperwork and to allow the therapist time to ask specific questions concerning your health and/or body needs. This also gives you a little bit of time to allow your mind and body to transition into a more relaxed mode.
CANCELLATION of an Appointment
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notices or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule that time slot.
First time cancellations will not be charged for the missed massage. However, “1st and 2nd less-than-24hr notations” will be made to your file. On the 3rd occurrence, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment.
Failure to attend or to notify us of your inability to attend a schedule appointment is considered a No-Show.
The first time there is a “no-show”, the client’s record will be recorded as such. A 2nd occurrence will result in 50% charge of the scheduled service price. On a 3rd “no-show” occurrence, the client will be charged for the full amount of your appointment and removed from our client list.
PUBLIC HEALTH CONCERNSWe reserve the right to cancel the client’s appointment if the client presents themselves with contagious medical conditions.
